The Kel-Tec PR-3AT is a double action only pistol chambered in .380 ACP with a 2.85 inch barrel and 13+1 capacity. A matte black frame stays slim at 0.944 inches wide and 5.58 inches overall, with an unloaded weight of 9.66 ounces. Fixed sights and a rotary barrel keep the first model simple for discreet all day carry.

Rounds load from the top of the grip instead of a detachable magazine, so the frame stays narrow while still holding up to 14 rounds. Two 7-round stripper clips ship with the pistol for faster loading, and rounds can also be inserted one at a time. A 4.5 lb DAO trigger and a minimal control layout reduce extra steps under stress. The 1:10 twist barrel and rotary system support smooth cycling in a compact .380.
